PRICING:  Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund including any delivery cost charged. We will not take any additional payments without prior consent.  All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

REFUNDS: Refunds will only be offered if an item or items are lost in the post or where stock is not currently available. Refunds will not be offered where damaged items are received where the damage was beyond the control of UKEM Records. Pre-Order items can be refunded when requested as long as an order number is presented via email to info@ukemrecords.co.uk. Refunds are offered in full,with no fees to the buyer should a replacement item not be acceptable.

PAYMENT: We accept payment by credit or debit card and PayPal. We do accept cheques or postal orders, made payable to UKEM RECORDS and mailed to the registered office address on the ‘Contact’ page.. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed and at this point, your card will be debited. Your order will then be dispatched. Goods will not be dispatched until cheques of postal orders have cleared.
